JOB DESCRIPTION
1)     Attending and checking concrete mixes on Structural sites. 2)     Selecting appropriate construction materials. 3)     Responsible for preparation of schedules for project, monitoring the project progress. 4)     Providing technical advice. 5)     Preparing reports, design & drawing. 6)     Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, taking of quantities from various drawings. 7)     Looking after Concrete, steel reinforcement and Formwork checking, dimension, line and level and material for design mix. 8)     Taking all site responsibilities as per company policy and system. 9)     Assist to Estimation of cost of various items of works. 10)Assisting for preparation of budget of project. SKILLS: 1)     Should have technical know-how of Structural works. 2)     Creativity. 3)     Commercial awareness. 4)     Team working and communication skills. 5)     Excellent mathematical, IT and analytical skills. 6)     Good attention to detail. 7)     Project and budget management skills.
