JOB PROFILE
1)     Organizing and supervising the comprehensive purchasing functions for the indented   requirements. 2)     Negotiating terms and conditions with vendors or service providers; and achieving department Objectives and goals within budget 3)     Arrange the different quotes from different vendors for better pricing. 4)     Working independently organizational guidelines to achieve unit objectives; directing other persons within a department, and tracking budget expenditures. 5)     Prepare Comparison of the received quotes. 6)     Negotiate & bring Good quality materials, in time with minimum price. 7)     Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures. 8)     Proven working experience as purchase manager in similar Pharma engineering industry, Familiarity with sourcing & vendor management. 9)     To get better credit terms with vendors. Knowledge and skill set: - 1)     Knowledge of Purchase process and formalities 2)     Knowledge of current industrial norm and techniques 3)     Knowledge of Various taxation 4)     Good communication skills 5)     Good knowledge of ERP system operation 6)     Self initiative in nature ABOUT THE COMPANY      XYZ is a global Engineering and Fabrication company specializing in innovative turnkey solutions for Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Healthcare segments.
