JOB PROFILE
1)     To prepare Pre shipment export documents of Trading goods & Manufacturer goods. 2)     Checking draft of shipping bill received from CHA. 3)     Sending BL draft to shipping line to meet SI cut off. 4)     To prepare Post shipment export documents under Letter of credit, DA Terms and advance payment. 5)     Co-ordination with clearing agent, freight forwarder, shipping line and banks for exports shipments. 6)     Proper filing of documents. 7)     Co-ordination with plant and warehouse. 8)     Having good communication skill in emails. 9)     Well knowledge of HS Codes & Drawback SR No. 10)Preparing MIS Reports. 1)    Principal Accountabilities: - 1)     Errorless/Non Discrepant documents. 2)     Proper reporting to seniors. 3)     Good co-ordination. 4)     Good communication skill. 2)    Knowledge and skill set: - 1)     Computer Savvy 2)     Knowledge of ERP. 3)     Good in Excel formulas.
