JOB PROFILE
1)    Must have Good Knowledge in Govt. Tender Business. 2)    Must have experience of online tender uploading (Independent) Ø Searching of the entire Tender related to Medical Disposable Products, Short listing & Finalizing, and discussing with the clients and to get the complete knowledge of tender. Ø E-tendering / Manual Tendering Ø Preparation of the tender documents as per specification i.e. quotation system, two bid system, three bid system and e-bid system. Ø Preparing EMD, Security Deposits and Performance Security. Ø Purchasing of the tender, preparing technical & financial bid, submission of the tenders. Ø To make correspondence with all the clients in various states and to maintain the entire correspondence letters either received or dispatched in its appropriate files. Ø Follow up - keep the record of Bank Guarantees, Track and Process to get back. Ø Handling the inquiries of existing and new clients and provides details about the products offered by them over the phone or via e-mails. Ø Proper Processing of Purchase order, going through the same thoroughly for supply in time. Ø Coordinate with Production for actual dispatch of consignment. Ø Follow-up for C Form and payment of parties whenever require. Ø Co-ordinate for the status of dispatch. Ø Co-ordinate with Order Processing team for dispatch.
