Sales order processing, which includes sending Performa to clients Follow up payments Arranging dispatches Preparing invoice  Challans & packing list etc. Attend weekly meeting Interacting with clients for order processing & dispatch related issues Co ordination with production department & stores Follow-up with transporters for dispatches Finalize transportation based on production quantity All General office work Petty cash Handling Workers salary computation Writing letters to clients Candidate should have good knowledge of tally Stock statement preparation for banking Invoice/challan making General Accounting Taxation etc
