JOB PROFILE
Job Objective :             This role is primarily responsible for maintaining stores, planning and forecasting. Principle Accountabilities: 1)    Responsible for Receipt, Warehousing, of both raw and packaging material with other Consumable required for production activity with respect to monthly plan and forecasting. 2)    Responsible for overall inventory management and logistics dispatches 3)    Prepares & Maintains records of stores documents. 4)    Co-ordinate with all production supervisors for their requirement of material. 5)    Maintaining of stores methods FIFO- LIFO- VED ABC analysis. 6)    Maintaining proper material outing systems and processes in place 7)    Maintain the stock of items orderly as per bincard & keep supporting vouchers for payment in tally 8)    Maintain inventories at levels to assure service with a minimum of delivery delays.   9)    Reconcile the stock of items with accounts regularly 10)           Coordinate with purchase for damage materials. Knowledge and skill set: 1)    Good in Communication. 2)    Well verse in MS Office and ERP 3)    Excellent Interpersonal skills 4)    Good Presentation skills 5)    PPC Background
