JOB PROFILE
Important note-  1) Candidate should be fluent in English. 2) If any issue in factory unit of bhilad or baddi then ready to shift for 5 to 10 days in that location.  Job profile- 1)    Planning for machines for jobs 2)    Handling outside jobs sends to vendors 3)    Daily report of printing, varnishing, fabrication, punching, pasting to the Managing Director, reparation 4)    Maintain necessary ISO records as per ISO 9001-2008 plan 5)    To handle responsibility of incoming raw material testing              ( PAPER – GSM testing, grain direction testing, random number of sheets counting per packet, paper maturity testing visually as per paper manufacturing date & report maintain of daily raw material testing. INKS – Maintain record of incoming special inks & ink consumption as per job) 6)    Reporting of any non conformance of raw material to the purchase manager & Director 7)    Implement corrective & preventive action of any non conforming raw material with purchase manager & Director 8)    Printing checking – Colour shade, registration of all colours, set off problem, shade variation & printing quality of running jobs & maintain the record on daily basis. 9)    CARTON MAKING PROCESS – Online checking of carton punching process, creasing process & pasting process. 10)           Maintain the record on daily basis, Arrangement of Shade Cards for Client Approval, Ensure the availability of packing boxes for dispatch goods, Maintain outer box size as per jobs & maintain record of outer box size for each client individually 11)           Properly checking of finished product goods ready to dispatch.
