  OBJECTIVE: 
         This role is primarily responsible
  for Assisting VP in his routine activities. 
FUNCTION
  :  
1)   
  Isolator & CCRE 
PRINCIPAL
  ACCOUNTABILITIES 
2)   
  Responsible for calendar management - Schedule
  and coordinate meetings, appointments, conference calls, events etc. for the
  VP – ISOLATOR & CCRE 
3)   
  Prepare management presentations in line with corporate
  guidelines of templates and formats. 
4)   
  Responsible for preliminary data analysis,
  reports and presentations. 
5)   
  Assisting the VP in preparing reports,
  presentations in Excel/ Power Point presentations. 
6)    Responsible
  for capturing the minutes of the meetings, update on the action points and
  follow up continuously until points are resolved. 
7)    Maintain
  up- to- date client contact database and respond to enquiries; ensure
  continuous correspondence with the internal and external clients. 
8)   
  Assist in administrative activities like
  raising expense claims, travel management, booking conference rooms, meeting
  arrangements etc. 
KNOWLEDGE
  & SKILL SET 
1)   
  Strong communication skills – both oral and
  written 
2)   
  Good in word and excel and PPT. 
3)   
  Needs to be assertive and pleasant personality 
4)   
  Sufficient knowledge of all travel related
  services – air & train tickets, hotels, cars, passports, visas, foreign
  exchange and international credit cards

  Ability to plan, organize and execute meetings
  and conferences.

  Strong organizational skills including ability
  to co- ordinate & handle multiple activities  & stakeholders
