JOB PROFILE
Responsibilities: 1)      Qualify leads and enquiries. 2)      Maintain contact details in Excel sheet or software. 3)      Prepare and send quotations as per exact need of the customers. 4)      Follow-up and negotiate to finalise the sales orders in our favour. 5)      Update all the conversations in excel / software. 6)      Scrutinize Sales Orders commercially as well as technically. In case of discrepancies, get the amendments as required. 7)      Sales orders updating in system. 8)      Documents submission to customers. 9)      Cheque / Cash pick-up arrangements from customers. 10)  Coordinate with Stores for dispatches. 11)  Coordinate with Accounts for receivables. 12)  Any other work related to office. Requisite Skills: 1)      Excellent communication skills. 2)      Fluency in English. 3)      MS office proficiency 4)      Basic knowledge of Tally.Erp9 5)      Confident and assertive 6)      Administrative skills 7)      Good listening 8)      Self-grooming, logical reasoning and self-motivation Desired Skills: 1)      Ability to work in a team 2)      Ability to perform under pressure 3)      Being performance-driven and focused on results 4)      Ability to self-motivate and motivate others
