JOB PROFILE
1)     Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy.

2)     Hiring the employee as company requirement (which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks and conduct inter View

3)     Preparing new employee files.

4)     Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.

5)     Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.   
      
6)     Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and updated.

7)     Staying current on the company organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

8)     Updating and explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.

9)     Developing and administering health and safety programs.

10)Conducting safety inspections and 5 'S' audit.

11)Maintaining accident records.

12)Organized training sessions as per training procedure and training need identification.
        
13)Administering on-the-job training programs.

14)Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and prepare skill matrix.

15)Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development training programs.

16)Analyzing job duties.

17)Writing job descriptions of employee.

18)Answering employee requests and questions.

19)Addressing any employment issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations, travelling, canteen & hostel.

20)Collecting employment and tax information.

21)Maintaining current HR files and databases.

22)  Completing timely reports on employment activity.
