JOB PROFILE
1)    Must have demonstrated at this level for min. 3-4yrs 2)    Must have handled CNC, VMC, conventional 3)    Must be good at handling manpower in workshop 4)    Must give proper load on all machines 5)    Must possess good manpower handling skills, communication, matured, supervisory skills, problem solving skills 6)    Initiator, practical, flow of communication with team must be good 7)    Must able to provide training to operators & share knowledge with them 8)    Maintain shift of operators in workshop 9)    Must be able to estimate properly & maintain commitments of jobs. 10)Must have good practical knowledge of measuring instruments & Quality parameters 11) Should be able to handle team of around 50 persons including staff & workers. 10)  Must have knowledge of VMC programming & new generation tooling’s ABOUT THE COMPANY        XYZ, formally known as XYZ, is an extension of the XYZ , world leader in manufacture of aluminum collapsible tubes established in 1957.
