1·         Preparing & mailing the purchase orders. 2·         Preparing GRN. 3·         Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are delivered on promised dates. 4·         Coordinate with purchase manger and production to make sure materials is received well before it comes in production. 5·         Negotiating and comparing prices with suppliers & approving it from purchase manager.
