1. Should have Experience in service coordination 2. Should be able to handle 6-8 service technician at the time 3. should be able to handle service department independently 4. Should be able to manage AMC, service, repair , maintenance &  installation work 5. Should be able to solve the customer complaints with customer’s satisfactions. 6. should be ready to joint within 0-10 days 7.should have full computer knowledge 8. local candidate most preferable
