JOB PROFILE
1-Ability to work in a team environment. 2-Co-ordinate with our all India dealers to support them to achieve their figures on sales. 3-Look after the analytical jobs such as product wise sales, Area wise sales, quantity analysis, sales and 4-estimated closing and its follow up, etc. 5-Collating & preparing of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly reports of Sales. 6-Gather, compiles, and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, Presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets. 7-Providing reports on time bound basis as defined and documented. 8-Monitoring various online portals (Trade India, tender tiger etc) for new Tenders specific to our product range. 9-Delegating new enquires to the appropriate dealers. 10-Following up with dealers/Zonal heads for monthly projections(Mail & Telephonic) 11-Follow up of dealers for tender updates(Mail & Telephonic) 12-Preparing tender documents (Technical Bid) for submission on time 13-Ability to understand business needs and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions
