JOB PROFILE
Ø  Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans and providing resources. Ø  Works on Forging as well as machining division. Ø  PDI Inspection of Material. Ø  Knowledge CNC/VMC machines also mechanically functioning equipment. Ø  Conduction and monitoring 5S activity on shop floor. Ø  Stage wise Inspection of equipment’s as per S.O.P. Ø  Perform calibrations and evolutions for acceptance or rejection determinations. Ø  Maintaining all calibration records of instrument for audit purpose Ø   Responsible for conducting internal process audit
