JOB PROFILE
Responsibilities:
IMPORTNANT NOTES – REQUIRED ONLY SIGNAGE INDUSTRIES EXPERIENCE CANDIDTE

1- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
2-Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
3-Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
4- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
5- Management of Company’s budget in coordination with the Executive Director.
6- Development of individual program budgets.
7- Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
8-Disbursement of checks for Company’s expenses.
9- Organization of fiscal documents.
10-Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.
11-Supervise and coach Marketing & sales Team on their Target on a weekly basis.
12-Should be coordinate with Production & Installation Team
13-Looking after entire NORTH Region on the operation & Production front.

Responsibilities by Function
Financial Management
1- Direct annual budgeting and planning process for the organization's annual budget
2- Develop and manage annual budget
3- Monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.
4- Managing day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks, producing reports as requested.
5-Reconciling monthly activity, generating year-end reports, and fulfilling tax related requirements.
6-Assisting Executive Director and Board in creating annual organizational budget and monitoring cash flow.
7-Guide sales team on the daily and monthly sales Report and Targets set the required Format.
8-Managing grantor contracts and reimbursement requests.
9- Maintaining Intersection's archival and administrative files.
10- Ensure that Accounting Department requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to internal and external parties.
11- Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plans.
12-Develop, maintain and monitor all fundraising and accounting systems and procedures capturing all pledges, billings and receipts and for the recording of all revenue transactions, recommend and implement improvements to systems.
13- Prepare annual audit and be a liaison with all outside vendor.
