•  Production Planning & Execution. •  Ready  Take Responsibility for Quality  •  Manpower Planning   •  Line Balancing   •  Multiskilling of Operators with Training & Skill Development  •  First Pass Yeild Improvement  •  Co-ordination with Supporting Department on running issues.   •  Line Material management  •  Process scrap reduction  •  Maintain line discipline  •  Improve production achievement rate (planned vs produced)  •  Co-ordination with HR for manpower recruitment  •  Maintain production equipment in healthy condition.  •  Review and counselling of operators
