JOB DETAILS 1) Processing Salary, Provident Fund, Professional Tax
and TDS on salary. 2) Filing of Returns i.e. TDS, GST, Income Tax, Service
Tax and export payment of tax dues independently. 3) Finalization
of Balance Sheet Tax audit and Consolidation of balance sheet, Attend
statutory auditor and solve any queries raised by them. 4) Preparation of Mis Reports i.e. profit & Loss
A/c Balance sheet , cash flow statement outstanding reports of debtors
,creditors and other report for management . 5) Managing income tax scrutiny, service tax scrutiny,
submissions under e proceeding and follow up for income tax refunds

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE |
Note - 1) Candidate should have must experience in manufacturing company 2) Required only local candidate JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Receiving invoices from operating
departments for payment processing & ensuring all approvals for vendor
payments are duly obtained. 2) Audit and correctly code AP Trade/IC
invoices (both with & without POs) 3) Audit and process employee expense
reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. 4) Maintain accurate records of all
accounts payable transactions 5) Perform 3 way matching of the Vendor
Invoices with Purchase Order / GRN and raise accurate queries in case of
mismatch 6) Ensure accurate & timely payment
of vendor, employee & statutory dues as per the daily target (team /
Individual) 7) Periodic Vendor Account Reconciliations
and monthly ledger to sub-ledger reconciliations 8) Analysis & collection of data for
preparation of various financial reports 9) Assist in preparation of GST, TDS
Returns, E- Returns etc. 10)

Identify opportunities to improve Invoice processing and payment process. 12)
Identifies
invoice and purchase order issues which cause reoccurring processing problems
and disputed deductions. Work with supervisor to challenge status quo to
resolve these continuing problems. Contact the responsible parties to correct
the issue, and follow up to ensure the correction was implemented. 13)
Handling
petty cash and settlement of employee advances 14)
Ensure
all statutory payments are done on timely basis like TDS, Income tax, GST,
PF, ESIC etc. 15)
Prepare
Receivable and retention report and circulate it to all concerned staff. 16)
Provides
extraordinary customer service to vendors and employees by resolving
disputes. 17)
Research
all items disputed relating to deduction for shortage, cost differences,
return discrepancies, accounts payable violations, terms/discounts and other
miscellaneous vendor issues to establish their validity. 18)
Maintains
an excellent level of verbal and written communication with vendors and the
purchase teams. |

The candidate must have experience & knowledge into
Designing Plastic Molds on NX Software 1) To attend the repair of machines /
equipment. 2) Design to be made for the molds. 3) Drawings to be made for the product
given. 4) To assign the jobs to Tool Room
Mechanics and to follow up the progress. 5) To maintain the machines of Tool Room
section. 6) To prepare drawing of new samples
received from the customers and to execute the project till commercial
production. 7) To follow-up, the fabrication work if
given to 3rd party, as per design / delivery schedule. 8) To maintain adequate stock of critical
spare parts. 9) To prepare yearly shutdown preventive
maintenance schedule and follow up by co-ordination with production. 10)
To
follow-up for the schedule inspection / checkup of all fighting Equipment’s. 11)
To
participate in MRM and to take corrective steps as discussed. 12)
To
make sure all Mould are properly stored. 13)
Periodically
carry out Mould maintenance. |
