(Setting day to day targets for the team and monitoring them). ·        Provide guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities ·        Ensure effective cost control and manage the use of resources for optimum utilization. ·        To ensure maximum efficiency. ·        Monitoring implementation of processes Capacity planning based upon future business projections. ·        Managing day to day resource utilization, monitoring and optimization. ·        Coordinate with all the concerned levels. ·        Maintaining cordial relations with Head Office for smooth functioning. ·        Work cross functionally to improve safety, productivity, quality and efficiency of operations  ·        Leadership Skills ·        Team work Problem-solving skills
