JOB PROFILE ·        Candidate will be responsible for handling the housekeeping persons. ·         Candidate will be responsible for assigning duties to them and will track their performed task. ·        Candidate will have to maintain the stock of cleaning equipment and cleaning agents. ·        Centralized stock management for stationary. Similarly, distribution of the same as per requirement. ·         Managing the security guard service providers. Providing the training to the security guards as per the company policy. ·        Cross checking the records maintained by security personal. ·        Co-ordinating with QA/QC department, Production department and fulfilling their needs of daily basis. ·        Co-ordinating with maintenance department for performing the specific task assign by the management. ·        At the end of the month candidate will have to do the follow up with security and housekeeping service providing agency for bill. ·        Verifying and cross checking the bills which are submitted by the agencies. Submitting it to the accounts department for the payment. ·        Candidate will get the assignment of inspecting the task of infrastructure management. ·        Daily, weekly and monthly records should be maintained as per the guidance of QA/QC department.
