1. Overall Responsible to lead QA activity in the organization 2. Good knowledge in Quality and process development, Good knowledge in integrated quality management system (IMS), Review and approval of deviations and resulting investigation reports. 3. Coordinating and facilitating customer for regulatory audit. 4. Lead customer complaints. 5. Escalate a risk& of recall to upper management and the criteria for recall 6. Lead customer audits, and is responsible for audits. 7. Approving all changes in batch manufacturing records, packing records, SOP etc. 8. Develop / implement Quality Assurance systems 9. Knowledge on Quality systems like TS 16949, OHSAS Key skill : 1) Head Plant Quality 2) NPD and Quality Management System Implementation 3) Inward Quality 4) Manufacturinfg Quality 5) New Product Development, part approval, PPAP, DFMEA etc. 6) Customer Quality

In case of discrepancies, get the amendments as required. 7)      Sales orders updating in system. 8)      Documents submission to customers. 9)      Cheque / Cash pick-up arrangements from customers. 10)  Coordinate with Stores for dispatches. 11)  Coordinate with Accounts for receivables. 12)  Any other work related to office.
