Responsibilities:
IMPORTNANT

1-
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of
organizations mission -specifically, support better management reporting,
information flow and management, business process and organizational
planning.
2-Manage
and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support Services (HR, IT and
Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and
communication between support and business functions.
3-Play
a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared
toward operational excellence.
4-
Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
5-
Management of Company’s budget in coordination with the Executive Director.
6-
Development of individual program budgets.
7-
Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of
service.
8-Disbursement
of checks for Company’s expenses.
9-
Organization of fiscal documents.
10-Regular
meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.
11-Supervise
and coach Marketing & sales Team on their Target on a weekly basis.
12-Should
be coordinate with Production & Installation Team
13-Looking
after entire NORTH Region on the operation & Production front.
Responsibilities

Financial
Management
1-
Direct annual budgeting and planning process for the organization's
annual budget
2-
Develop and manage annual budget
3-
Monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's
financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.
Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.
4-
Managing day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable using
QuickBooks, producing reports as requested.
5-Reconciling
monthly activity, generating year-end reports, and fulfilling tax related requirements.
6-Assisting
Executive Director and Board in creating annual organizational budget and monitoring
cash flow.
7-Guide
sales team on the daily and monthly sales Report and Targets set the required
Format.
8-Managing
grantor contracts and reimbursement requests.
9-
Maintaining Intersection's archival and administrative files.
10-
Ensure that Accounting Department requests are resolved and communicated in a
timely manner to internal and external parties.
11-
Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plans.
12-Develop,
maintain and monitor all fundraising and accounting systems and procedures capturing
all pledges, billings and receipts and for the recording of all revenue
transactions, recommend and implement improvements to systems.
13-
Prepare annual audit and be a liaison with all outside vendor.

founded in 1992 by Mr ABC, who has established knowledge in plastic injection
mould and components, with a vision to establish relations all across the
globe for providing injection moulds and components to various sectors of
industries at a reasonable cost with excellent quality.
Initially started
with plastic injection moulding for supplying parts for two wheeler and
electronic company. Than got a chance to develop tools for Videocon in 1993,
from than onwards our new business was started in tool making industry.
In 1995, we were
established tool maker with high end CNC and EDM machines.
In 1999, injection
moulding facility was expanded with 6 machines to cater to customer such as
Lear and Videocon.
In 2004, we received
ISO 9001:2000 certificate.
In 2012, we set up
new Injection moulding plant at Daman with 10 new machines from Engel,
Austria ranging from 100t to 450t.
In 2013, our company
name changed to XY Technoplast Pvt Ltd. We have a manpower strength of 80
from mere 4 right back in 1992.
In 2014, Now we are
setting up plant in Sanand and Pune to cater ever growing demand of
automotive and white goods injection moulded parts for major Tier 1 and OEM.
Our Sanand plant
will have machine range from 80T to 1000T and Pune plant will have machines
ranging from 60T to 650T. Both plants will be functionally ready by December
2014 onwards.
OUR MISSION
XYZ is known as a
Manufacture of Injection Moulds and Injection Moulded Thermoplastic
Components. XYZ is a ultra modern mould making company carrying on a business
of manufacturing Moulds & Injection Molding as per Customer Requirements,
since 1992. XYZ is Certified ISO 9001:2008 company., MD of XYZ having more
than 20 years experience in Manufacturing Plastic Injection Moulds up to 1600
tones.
We manufacture
plastic injection mould from 80T to 1600T. ThZe maximum mould weight we can
handle is 15T.
We provide services
to various sector who requires plastic injection moulds as per their
requirements. We manufacture 2 plate mould, cold runner mould, multi cavity
moulds and three plate moulds.
We can manufacture
mould for automotive , white goods, electrical and agriculture parts. The
maximum mould size we have manufactured is 2450x1450x1350 mm weighing.
We have major
experience in automotive industry. We have manufactured moulds for interior,
exterior, HVAC modules. Automotive comprises 60% of our injection mould
business.
With more than 20
years exp in Injection moulding field we have manufactured injection moulded
components for more 30 customers. We are majority customised moulders who
serves automotive industry as per customer requirements.
We manufacture
plastic injection moulded components from 80T to 1000T from our Pune and
Sanand unit.
We manufacture
components for Interior, Exterior and HVAC Modules.
Injection moulding
machines are from best of the manufacturer like Engel and Ferromatic
Milacron. Total number of machines combined pune and sanand are 20 machines.
