Job Responsibility
Candidate should have sound Technical Knowledge, good command over drafting & preparations of drawings, layouts, installation drawings etc. Prepare documents as per tenders & RFQ’s. Answer customer queries through mails, letters, telecom etc. The Senior Estimation engineer is responsible for the overall racking systems project estimate while providing leadership, training, and mentoring for their team under the manager. Evaluation of tenders, preparing proposals (domestic, Government, International, etc.) Deviation list, Engineering design calculations, Technical specifications, BOM & BOQ, Maintain Data. Understand client requirements from sales or directly from client & suggest appropriate racking solutions. Should be able to handle & delegate work. Capable and experienced in managing and performing projects in a fast paced environment.

Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Design team. Exposure to STAAD & Ansys will be added advantage.
