Job Details & Responsibilities 1)    Connect  phone lines to office staff & attend Inward calls 2)    Guest relation at Front office (Arrange Water/Tea/ snacks or Dinner for Guest) 3)    Courier Inward/ Outward & manage the requests for couriers and faxes. 4)    Monitoring General housekeeping & Necessary maintenance of front office 5)    Assist to HR Department in day to day work 6)    Maintain Attendance Record & posting absence list 7)     Updating of Info Base contact List. 8)    Maintained & provide Gate Pass & Safety kit for visitors. 9)    Arrange & update First Aid Box, desk Mobile & office stationary. 10)            Record keeping - OD register of employees & calls, outgoing couriers, visitors records, First Aid etc. 11)            Co-ordinate for office events as the need be (Meeting, Audit & Birthdays etc.) 12)            Xeroxes of office documents of management 13)            Assist. To management at the time of different audits.

Salary offer	-	12000 to 15000/-
