 Responsibility

1)    Manage Inside Sales / Sales & Marketing

2)    Provide strategic engagements to absorb customers

3)    Engage with customers and build relationships

4)    Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

5)    Drive revenue and market share in a defined region

6)    Meet or exceed revenue targets and objectives

7)    Prepare and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan

8)    Maintain sales pipeline and increase conversion rate

9)    Close cooperation with partners to extend reach & drive adoption

10)           Manage contract negotiations

11)           Ensure customer satisfaction

12)           Maintaining and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.

13)           New Client Acquisition & Business generation.

14)           Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

15)           Make network through Social Networking sites, Event, Promotion to define new ways of doing business.

16)           Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers.

Required Production Planning Incharge for Sheet Metal Fabrication Industry in Virar East

Role Definition:

Production Incharge is to make sure the efficiently use of resources (Man, Machine, Material, Time) to produce good quality products/component in predefined time required by customer.

RESPONSIBILITY DELIVERABLE

1. Keeping Track of production cost and reducing the same

2. Balancing all resources (Man, Material, Machine, Time) to reduce production time (Throughput Time)

3. Interacting with customers, giving status of reqd. material & quality of the product

4. Making MIS to track customer orders, dispatch plans, production start and end time/date, with nos

of person used to produce the same product with stipulated time frame

5. Maintaining and presenting daily OTIF graph (Dispatch vs Balance)

6. Calculating production cost per component and presenting to TOP management.

7. Develop skill to be centralize production manager for both the plants

 

TASK & ACTIVITIES       

1)   Update daily tracker sheet to take update on upcoming dispatches

2)   Make a plan of upcoming production (Date/Time/Manpower allotted), put on shop floor production board, so every employee can see the same

3)   Keeping track of available and ordered raw material in Raw material stock ledger sheet

4)   Prepare requisites for reqd. material

5)   Training to all works on improving productivity and quality parameters

6)   Keeping track of Tool and Machine maintenance in MIS Maintain visual display board of current production and upcoming production for 2 days., DSA board along with next delivery planned

7)   Maintain cycle time of each and stage of production and present .ppt on how to improve the same

8)   Keep track of all instruments and tools, to go back on their prescribed place

9)   Making sure of good house keeping and maintaining safe environment for all

10)          Do 5s daily, Float Kaizan for improvements

11)          Keep track of Absents, Machine Maintenance, Rejection, Throughput time, Customer Complaint, Customer Rejection, Inprocess rejection and present .ppt on how to improve the same weekly.

12)          Conduct daily production meeting with all dept. (Press shop/ Fabrication / Powder Coating / Packing / Dispatch plans). Pre-prepare points to discuss for the meeting.

13)          Raise alarm for failure in dispatch in advance and seek help. In any case dispatch date, OTIF should meet above 98%. Tell customer in advance (at the time of receiving order) of dispatch dates.

14)          Preparing CAPA for failing parameters.

15)          Prepare and maintain SOP for shop floor and make sure all follow SOP’s

(PLEASE NOTE: Roles are subject to change on need to improve basis)

1)   Nos. of dispatches done on time,

2)   Nos. of training meeting conducted for improvement and result of the same

3)   Nos of Customer complaint

4)   Nos. of Rejection %

5)   Nos of times giving .ppt presentation to Top Management

6)   Daily updation of all records
