JOB PROFILE v CCTV technician Work v Maintenance of CCTV & IP CCTV v Oversee & Carrie out maintenance and repair of wide range of equipments. v Carrie out routine inspections for the work completed by both technician and vendors. v Technically guide assigned technicians to conduct root cause analysis of equipments. v Operate & maintenance of HVAC systems including Chillers, AHU, primary & secondary pumps, cassette units & split units, duct able AC & VAV system etc. v Working on BMS, PA system, fire alarm panel & fire fighting system. v Testing of life size video conferencing system from one location to another via IP. v To do weekly Testing for fire pump & fire alarm with technical team & Security supervisors with proper planning. v Coordinate with the AMC vendors for PPM. Technical Skill: v BMS system. v TAC Vista. v HVAC system including Chillier plant, AHU, Cassette unit & split Unit, VRF & VRV system VAV Etc. v Water leakage detector, VESDA system. v Fire fighting system (jockey, sprinkler, hydrant, booster pump & fire engine). v Sewage treatment & water treatment plant. v PA system. v Variable frequency  drive (VFD).
