JOB PROFILE
·        Maintain ISO documents pertaining to ISO9001-2015 and bring awareness among    employees. ·        In Co-Ordination with production manager implement and assure that all manufacturing processes are being followed according to process Flow in relevant Departments. ·        Make internal audit calendar and arrange internal audits in the company. ·        Maintain records of Non-Conformity (NC) raised during internal audits and close the same with corrective actions. ·        Co-ordinate with external agency during surveillance audits and certification audits. ·        Record improvements done by management and display the same in ISO documents. ·        Ensure and monitor supervisors and monitors/HODs are maintaining records of quality formats and quality procedures. ·        Ensure that ISO file of every department is maintained with proper documents. ·        Should maintain records of training calendar and arrange training for staff and workers focusing on training needs. ·        Should be computer literate, command on English and should make PPT of improvements. ·        Should maintain records of obsolete documents and remain in touch with all HODs. ·        Responsible for all safety banners in relevant departments and display quality procedures in all productive departments. ·        Carry Out internal audit as per audit plan and schedule. ·        Able to maintain the record of controlled drawings. ·        Able to read the drawing. ·        Should have experience in approving the Vendor. JOB PROFILE
·        Should have Clear concept about electrical and Mechanical working of low voltage appliances such as AC\DC fans and shaded pole Motors. ·        Should guide the Electrical Testing Engineers in day to day fan and Motor testing work and approve the testing Reports of fans and Motors. ·        Should help in new Developments of Electrical Products and should take active part in achieving the desired electrical parameters of a fan or a motor. ·        Should have complete Knowledge of testing fans and Motors. ·        Should be able to do analysis of fan and Motor failures and take corrective actions. ·        Should prepare in-house inspection Reports of fans and motors with correct electrical parameters and send them to our customers as and when required. ·        Should have knowledge about using electrical inspection instruments. ·        Should monitor and guide the data entry operator to scan and save electrical inspection reports in relevant folders in computer. ·        Should have knowledge of Quality Management system and should maintain certain records pertaining to ISO9001-2015. ·        Should arrange laboratory testing of certain electrical parts through external agency to verify Quality of incoming material. ·        Should have working experience in R & D. ·        Should have knowledge of Calibration. ·        Should have 2/3 years work experience on the floor shop. ·        Should have the knowledge of IEC standards with regard to electric motors & fans. ·        Should have basic knowledge of test like Locked rotor, Temperature rise, Air flow, Static pressure, Torque & Electrical performance. ·        Should have skill to improve the performance of Fans & Motors.
