JOB OBJECTIVE:
1)
Must understand
the pharmaceutical layout and standards.
2)
Utility Load
Calculations, User point selection & consumption independently.
3)
Design &
Prepare bill of quantity for utility generation like Steam, Compressed air,
Purified Water, WFI, Pure Steam etc.
4)
Design &
prepare bill of quantity for Steam piping, compressed air piping, Water
piping like soft water, chilled water, drain water etc.
5)
Ability to
deliver the project design on time to meet the requirement of client.
6)
Able to visit
site on demand for project discussion with client/consultant.
KNOWLEDGE SKILL SET
1)
Understand ASME
& ISO standards for utility piping.
2) Able to design and work independently.

FUNCTION

Responsible for calendar management - Schedule
and coordinate meetings, appointments, conference calls, events etc. for the
VP – ISOLATOR & CCRE

Prepare management presentations in line with corporate

Assisting the VP in preparing reports,

6) Responsible
for capturing the minutes of the meetings, update on the action points and
follow up continuously until points are resolved.

up- to- date client contact database and respond to enquiries; ensure
continuous correspondence with the internal and external clients.

Assist in administrative activities like
raising expense claims, travel management, booking conference rooms, meeting
arrangements etc.
