vTo source / develop new & alternative vendors for existing & new items / products and to maintain the vendors data bank at the same time. vShould be proficient in vendor development in reducing the cost and ensuring stringent quality requirements. vShould be proficient in evaluating vendor capabilities & capacities to suit the required parameters. v Periodic vendor assessment & rating. v Vendor follow-up for timely delivery of materials. To update status of material. v Arrange inspection call at vendor’s place and collection of material. vTo co-ordinate with stores for receipt of materials & QA for quality clearance of materials. vTo co-ordinate with design for drawing clarification and material specification. v Should deliver best manufacturing rates by using strong negotiating skills. v ERP knowledge is must. v Ability to work individually and in team. 1-Ability to work in a team environment. 2-Co-ordinate with our all India dealers to support them to achieve their figures on sales. 3-Look after the analytical jobs such as product wise sales, Area wise sales, quantity analysis, sales and 4-estimated closing and its follow up, etc. 5-Collating & preparing of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly reports of Sales. 6-Gather, compiles, and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, Presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets. 7-Providing reports on time bound basis as defined and documented. 8-Monitoring various online portals (Trade India, tender tiger etc) for new Tenders specific to our product range. 9-Delegating new enquires to the appropriate dealers. 10-Following up with dealers/Zonal heads for monthly projections(Mail & Telephonic) 11-Follow up of dealers for tender updates(Mail & Telephonic) 12-Preparing tender documents (Technical Bid) for submission on time 13-Ability to understand business needs and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions
