·         The candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales directly & through sales team in North India. 
·         The candidate must have extensive knowledge of the storage systems products, parts & functions. 
·          Prepare & deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers & prospective customers
·         Achieve growth & hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
·         Build & promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
·          Candidate should have strong business sense & storage systems industry expertise.
·         candidate should have excellent mentoring, coaching & people management skills.
·          Proven track record
·          Lead in techno-commercial meetings with customers.
·         Enforcing ethical business practices.
·         Candidate should have strong negotiation skills 
·         Candidate must get installations of storage systems at customer site- organised,
·         managed & supervised & ensure that the installations are as per standards
