·         The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues & customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation & information.
·         The candidate should be sincere & dedicated with good communication & inter personal skills for pan India sales co-ordination profile. Candidate should be well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving. 
·         Daily supervision of sales staff
·         Develop & maintain direct mail campaigns, advertising schedules, sales budget , exbitions , conferences and related activity.
·         Represent company at trade shows & conferences across India.
·         prepare & maintain all types of sales/quotation records, etc
·          Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy & timelines

·         The candidate will be responsible for maximising our sales directly & through sales team for Automated warehouse division for products like ASRS, mini load Systems etc. The GM-Sales & marketing will be responsible for revenue generation across products & regions.
·          The candidate will co-ordinate withe clients, vendors & technology partners abroad. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of the AS/RS & related products, parts & functions and must understand the scientific process that make these systems. 
·         Prepare & deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers & prospective customers
·         Achieve growth & hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
·         Design & implement a strategic business plan that expands companies customer base and ensure its strong presence
·         own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
