Issuing letter such as Offer letter, Appointment letter, Reliving letter, Termination letter etc. Factory act compliance preferred. Knowledge of Statutory Compliance PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF etc. Filling and documentation. Employee engagement activity. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
