Job Title	-	PURCHASE EXECUTIVE
JOB DETAILS 1)    Preparing and placing order to suppliers as per project requirement given by project head 2)    Maintain purchase record site wise 3)    Checking material challan and attached to purchase order with bill for same 4)    Preparing challan for all the material received and delivered 5)    Generating various report in the system such as delivery challan reports, processed and unprocessed challan reports, monthly consumption reports, supplier details and contractors details etc. 6)    Material follow up with supplier and project head 7)    Maintain supplier outstanding 8)    Coordination with transporter / courier for dispatch of materials 9)    Maintain material data 10)           preparing MIS report 11)           Development of alternative local sources for material whick helps in cost saving 12)           Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations 13)           Liaison with Account department for timely payment of bills 14)           Material sourcing and sampling as per project requirement and timely delivery to the production department 15)           Developing reports on procurement and usage of material for the top management 16)           Effective management of vendor database 17)           Develoment of new vendors 18)           Evaluating vendors and negotiating the price, delivery scheduled and terms and conditions with them 19)           Timely clearance of payments and handling vendor inquiries 20)           Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation. 21)           Regularizing material receipt and ensuring the fluidity of stock from warehouse to store ABOUT THE COMPANY:                       XYZ has been established since 2005, under the visionary leadership of Mr. XYZ. Salary Offer	-	Up to 3.5 Lakh/Per Annum + Pick up & Drop Service From Nalasopara & Naigaon stations
