National Sales Head

Job Details:

1)   Develop plans and strategies for developing new business and achieving the company’s sales goals.

2)   Locate opportunities to expand client base.

3)   Networks with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to the company.

4)   Meets with existing clients to discuss a company’s products and services.

5)   Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

6)   Works to foster lasting relationships with client base.

7)   Handle Customer complaints & maintain the document of the same.

8)   Follow up with customers for payments.

9)   Sets specific quarterly or annual sales goals.

 

Skills:

1)   Draws up sales activity reports.

2)   Works to ensure sales and productivity goals are met.

3)   Managing & Leading Sales Team & Overseeing their activity.

4)   Managing individual and team quotas.

5)   Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required

6)   Presents information regarding clients and sales at company meetings.

7)   Devises new and innovative ways to market products and services.

8)   Attend Exhibitions & Conferences.

9)   Leads in-house seminars and workshops to help improve the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.

10)       Assists in designing marketing and promotional materials both in print and online.

11)       Conducts independent research into target consumer base.

12)       Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.

13)       Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships

14)       Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services.

15)       Possesses knowledge of competitive products and markets.

16)       Demonstrates ability to think creatively.

17)       Exhibits awareness of best sales practices and methods.

18)       Works well with a team.

19)       Exhibits familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

20)       Communicates clearly and effectively.

21)       Possesses strong persuasive abilities.

22)       Demonstrates solid motivational and leadership skills.

23)       Maintains a professional but confident and outgoing demeanour.

24)       Capable of conducting independent research.

25)       Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
