JOB PROFILE & responsibility
v Responsible for Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance Activities of Entire Facility v Performing planned and breakdown Maintenance activities. v Assessing need of Spare Parts v Undertake effective planning & prioritization of maintenance work load wherever necessary. v Fault finding during Operation v Understand & Operate in line with relevant legislation, Company Policies & Procedures v Complete & maintain, timely documentation & records as required by the business v Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes via Lean, TPM & Gemba as required by the company v Confirm to Health & Safety procedures & policies v Maintain required Standard of House Keeping PREFERRED SKILLS v Knowledge of PLC AC Drives & Servo Drives v Familiar with all types of Factory Equipment including CNC Machines, Conventional Machines and Associated Plant v Compressors and Diesel Generators v Working knowledge & understanding of Factory processes & technology v Working knowledge of Hydraulic Power packs v Hands on Experience in attending Breakdown / Preventive maintenance requirements v Root Cause analysis and resolution techniques v Basic computer knowledge WORKSHOP MACHINERY DETAILS 1) SLIDING MACHINE 2) TROUB MACHINE 3) CNC TURNING 4) VMC MACHINE 5) SURFACE GRANDING MACHINE 6) CYLENDRICAL GRAIDING MACHINE 7) CENTER LATHE MACHINE 8) MECHANICAL PRESS MACHINE 9) THREAD ROLL MACHINE
