JOB PROFILE

·
Review
all production records for accuracy before approving dispatch
·
Approve
or reject all procedure specification method.
·
Investigation
of consumer complaints.
·
Evaluation
of new vendor and material.
·
To check
the all parameter of material according to their required specification.(i.e.
size of material, hardness, tolerance, conductivity, tensile, etc)
·
To check
the property of incoming raw material.
·
To
maintain all documents regarding to ISO certification.
·
To
maintain TEST CERTIFICATE with respective party.
·
To
maintain all party wise records regarding to quality purpose.
·
To
knowledge about machinery regarding to quality i.e. (hardness testing
machine, conductivity meter, cupping machine) and also knowledge of
calibration of this machine.
·
Knowledge
of ISO STANDARD.
