JOB PROFILE
1. Planning & organizing production schedule, Machine loading planning. 2. Knowledge of CNC & VMC programming is must. 3. Product development. 4. To handle in-house & out sourced manufacturing. 5. Responsible for safety, timely productivity, quality & morale in machine & Assembly line. 6. Responsible for maintenance of equipment’s & machinery 7. Record & Analyze efficiency, adopt measures to increase productivity & reduce Ideal cost. 8. To monitor operational activities of assembly shop. 9. Vendor development for sub-contracting activities. 10. Defect analysis and initiating controls to eliminate the assembly defects. 11. Customer complaints resolution through corrective and preventive actions. 12. Proficient in managing the grievances in shop floor & maintaining discipline. 13. Create a safe work environment & ensure compliance of HSE. Skills Required: 1. Root cause analysis 2. Problem solving techniques 3. Able to Read / Write drawings 4. Leadership qualities 5.
