·Responsible
to maintain critical spare parts of Mould.
· Immediately responding to mould breakdowns
to minimize down time
· Ensure
to adhere plan vs actual of tool preventive maintenance& tracking system
that is visual and accurate and adequate to meet all requirement and
emergency repairs of mould.
·Ensure to tracking shot counts and
maintenance history card, to predicatively schedule necessary actions to
minimize tooling cost per shot, scrap generation, and downtime.
·Responsible for contacting tooling vendors
for repairs in timely manner, and securing competitive quotes for repairs
being performed.
·Responsible
for tracking and predicting tool life and obtaining replacement components in
a proactive manner to support demand and insure product quality.
·Effective
communication across all departments, two shift operation to share progress
status and lessons-learned.
· Responsible for full fill all production
needs regarding tooling
· Regularly review dimensional reports of
tools to ensure dimensional compliance.
·Responsible
for mould and critical spare parts incoming inspection reports.
· Promotes
a culture of safety and continuous improvement
· Ensure handle all type of mould inspection Instrument.
· Perform
root cause analysis and resolve problems.
· Ensure
to maintain MTTR and MTBF.
· Ensure
to achieve the company objective targets.
