JOB PROFILE
1.      Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals. 2.      Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct. 3.      Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries. 4.      Managing petty cash transactions. 5.      Inventory management reports with physical verification. 6.      Manufacturing activity reports. 7.      Software tally ERP, MS WORLD, Excel & Email knowledge 8.      Accounts assistants provide administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filling, making phone calls, handling mail and basic book keeping.
