Co-ordination with QA for maintaining BMR. ·        To assist Production manager in the up gradation and new equipment’s in the plant. ·        To identify the needs of training among the production area workman and impart the training. ·        To carry out statistical techniques and implement them. ·        Experience into handling Manpower.
