v the main purpose is to design, develop and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing of moulds in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. job responsibility: v responsible for all new products & moulds from scratch to final production start up. v new moulds manufacturing (both in injection and blow), inputs in new hot runner moulds designs, moulds modifications and corrections from internal tool room & out sourcing. v track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness v collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company. v new moulds work planning, shop floor and manpower controlling v mould repairing follow up, plant visit, office work. v technical knowledge in moulds repairing. v responsible for automation, solutions and corrections for moulds problems. key skills  : v knowledge of autocad & unigraphic nx. v experience in multi cavity hot & cold runner moulds v problem solving, negotiations and networking skills. v excellent in communication with the suppliers. key attributes : 1.       professional and positive approach. 2.       self-motivated and creative. 3.       strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels. 4.       team player, and able to work on own initiative."
