JOB PROFILE
|
|||
1.
To manufacture
& maintenance of molds and tools as per requirement within time frame.
2.
To make cost
effective designs for mold & gauges, fixture, jigs, as per product
development & customer requirement.
3.
Modify mold
& gauges, fixtures , jigs, as per product development, process changes
& customer requirement by understanding the practical problems
4.
To plan and
allocate the works to bottom line
5.
To procure
material as per requirement
6.
To assemble and
conduct the trial for the mold & other tools.
7.
To assure the
first piece inspection and handover the mold to production
8.
To modify mold
& tools as per customer requirements
9.
To conduct
successful pilot run and get sanction from development department
10. To do the preventive maintenance of tools and molds
as per schedule, in house and at vendor place.
11. To do breakdown maintenance as and when it arrives
12. To maintain the record of PM maintenance
13. Conduct new mold trail and co ordinate the issue
14. Responsible for Health & Safety
15. 5s and Kaizens
ABOUT THE COMPANY

XYZ (formerly
known as “XYZ Industries”), company was established by our MD Mr. XYZ in
1992.
2)
In 1993, we
started our “Tool Room” facility in Charkop, Kandivali(W). Catering to White
Good Industries.
3)
From 1999, we
shifted our focus to “Automobile” sector starting with injection molding
facility.
4)
In 2011, we
started our Injection Molding facility in Daman.
5)
In 2013,
changed our company legal status from partnership firm to “XYZ Private
Limited”.
6)
In 2014, we
expanded our Injection Molding facility at 2 different locations :

Ahmedabadted started catering as indirect supply to
Ford. Recently Tata & Suzuki Motors Private Limited have added us as tier
II supplier.
8)
Pune- started
catering as indirect supply to Mahindra & VW. Recently FCA Jeep as well
as Ford added us as tier II supplier.
9)
We are ISO
9001:2008 certified for ‘Tool Room’ & TS 16949 for both of our Injection
Molding facility.

establish new routes for timely deliveries.

3. Finalization of the accounts.
4. Preparation of MIS of the different units.
5. Compliance if any to be taken care off.
6. Assessment with tax authorities.
7. Payment reminders to the debtors
8. Fund planning for the month.
9. Monthly stock statement to the bank.
10. Any follow up if needed with bank to be taken
care off.
11. Jobs assignment to the lower accounts staff and
proper reports and training of them.
12. Maintaining of financial and accounting hygiene
in the company.
13. Monthly and quarterly reconciliation of the
accounts to have accurate reporting and ledger balances.
14. Review all inter - company transactions are as
per the compliance.
15. Analyse all ledgers for any discrepancies and to
solve the errors.
