Role & Responsibilities:
N  Note - candidate should have must experience in automotive interior injection mould products per below.   ·        Door Trim ·        Rear Quarter Trim Moulds ·        Spare Wheel Cover ·        Motorcycle Front Cover ·        Topper Pad ·        Front Grill ·        Motorcycle Rear Fender ·        Headlamp ·        Housing Air Filter ·        Exhaust Assembly ·        Door mould with speaker ·        Grill JOB RESPONSIBILITY 1)    Responsible for Profit & Loss for the Plant. 2)    Planning, & organize and direct the organizational resources to ensure the achievement of Plant objectives. 3)    Monitoring the expenses periodically against the Plant budget and initiating appropriate measures 4)    Responsible for managing the operations Including moulding and Assembly shop. 5)    Should have handled PLASTIC Product Manufacturing Operations with Plastic Injection Moulding exposure. 6)    Responsible for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) 7)    Monitoring capacity utilization and decide on capacity expansions 8)    Assessing Out sourcing possibilities and further action 9)    Ensuring optimum inventory 10)           Ensuring Safety in the Plant 11)           Motivation & Professional Development of subordinates 12)           Ensuring harmonious relationship with employees & high morale in the PLANT 13)           Maintaining smooth relations with the customers. 14)           Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Expenditures and work within the budget. 15)           Planning and effectuating preventive maintenance schedules of various Molds / Machineries to increase machine up time and equipment reliability. 16)  Aware of Lean, 5s, TS-16949, Planning, Timely Delivery of products, Procurement, and Manpower Management. The foundry is professionally managed by qualified personnel who have foundry experience & expertise to meet the customer demands. Our foundry is approved by IRS, LRS & DGQA (MINISTRY OF DEFENCE). We are the Specialist in Centrifugal Castings varying from 100mm to 1000mm in diameter upto 4 mtrs long & from 2 kgs – 3000 kgs in weight. We are casting all types of Copper alloys such as Tin Bronze, Phosphorous Bronze, Aluminium Bronze, Gun Metals or any other Copper alloy as per Customer specification. We have a range of horizontal and vertical spinning machines which are supported by five different capacity furnaces. Combined annual capacity of AFPL in terms of pouring weight is 500+ tons with maximum cast weight of 3000 kgs. Our extensive range of steel dies come in a variety of sizes ensuring faster deliveries. Our foundry unit is supported by testing laboratory including Spectrometer to ensure the correct chemical composition. We also have instruments to check the Physical properties in-house viz. Universal Testing Machine (UTM) for Tensile Strength & Brinell’s Hardness Tester for the hardness etc. The Unit has its own full fledged Machine Shop including various sizes of Lathes, CNC machines, VTLs to offer fully finished castings to our customers. We have already manufactured castings for the Marine & various Industrial applications and offer third party inspection including various Classification societies to our customers. Apart from above, we also have a separate warehouse maintaining stock of various alloys to deliver finished products to our customers, thus ensuring faster delivery time.
