JOB OBJECTIVES- 1)    Procuring the material as per check list / Indent. Negotiate with vendors for Spec., delivery & payment term. 2)    Maintain the material tracking sheet, tracking material delivery & vendor payment with accounts. 3)    Job Analysis – Prepare costing comparison sheet for each and every item and also for over all projects. 4)    Vendor Development – New vendor development for price reduction and also for alternate material (New Product). 5)    Co Ordination: 1. Supplier – Quotation & Material delivery. 2. Planning Team – For Indent, Specification clarification. 3. Commercial – Clearance for Material dispatch. 4. Accounts – Vendor Payment & C Forms. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES- 1)    Purchase, Vendor identification and vendor development 2)    Procurement formalities from Purchase to Payment 3)    Liesening with cross functional team – like account/planning/ engg. 4)    Material follow-up 5)    MIS reporting and maintaining various trackers 6)    Project status tracking KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL SET 1)    Knowledge of Purchase process and formalities 2)    Knowledge of current industrial norm and techniques 3)    Knowledge of Various taxation 4)     Knowledge of ERP. 5)     Good communication skills 6)     Good knowledge of computer and MS office 7)     Good Communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB  OBJECTIVE -         This role is primarily responsible for inspection, quality check and setting procedures for quality. Incoming and finished material
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES – 1)    Complete inspection of fabricated and machined jobs at In-house and outsourced jobs at vendor place. 2)    Carrying out inspection at various stages like Incoming, in process and final inspection before dispatch. 3)    Non-Conformity Analysis i. e. CAPA for nonconformities. 4)    Should have knowledge of powder coating process and various test related with powder coating components. 5)    Making reports of inspected jobs and utilization of SAP OR ERP 6)    Welding inspection using NDT techniques and review NDT reports. 7)    Vendor visit & Vendor development. 8)    Usage of various measuring instruments and their calibration (like Micrometers (Internal / External), vernire calliper, height gauge, bore gauge, slip gauges, filler gauges, combination set, depth micrometer, straight gauge etc. 9)    Usage of surface tester, rubber lining leak detector, thickness gauge, DFT/coat meter. 10)           Follow the Quality Assurance Plans, WPS, PQR, & WPQ 11)           Conducting WPQ and PQR ‘s test for welder in the plant as well as at vendor site. 12)           Familiar with welding processes like SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, GMAW and SAW. 13)           Maintaining records of inspection reports, documentation for ISO. 14)           Handling Third Party Inspection as well as customer inspection. 15)           To monitor vendor’s Performance to Achieve Excellence. 16)           Conducting Process, Product & QM System audits for continuous improvement. 17)           Maintain documents and test certificates.
