Job Profile
1)     Candidate should be able to prepare invoices, make sales purchase entry in tally. Should have complete knowledge of tally. 2)      Handling complete back office operations in the factory office, like communication with clients for dispatches, payment follow-ups. Mail the invoices & dispatch documents to clients. 3)     Handling cash & keeping track of day to day petty cash transactions. Prepare monthly salary list of factory workers & staff etc. 4)     Should have sound knowledge of excise, export & other taxation related matters. 5)     Arranging vehicles for despatches & negotiating rates with transporters. 6)     Computer skills: MS word & excel, emails, Internet, Tally ERP. 7)      Joining: Immediate
