JOB PROFILE
1)    Job Objective: - ·        Sound technical knowledge in MEP and  PROCESS MACHINARIES & PROJECTS in clean room application 2)    Principal Accountabilities: - ·        Single point of contact & responsible for materials delivery for international Projects assigned to him. ·        Preparation of project schedule in MSP and material tracking sheet in excel format for timely review with respective departments to know the status of the material supplies. ·        Review with client, Design & Purchase team for on time submission and approvals of drawings, indents & materials to avoid delay. ·        Inspection of material for assurance of excellent quality and quantities at various vendor places & performing FAT as per protocol. ·        Preparing & checking packing list received from factories, ware house and from various vendors as per BOQ & coordinating with logistics team for getting dispatch clearances with proper documentation. ·        Ensuring to eliminate material short supplies and sending of inferior quality of material to site at any given point of time. ·        Coordination with client for ON TIME project deliveries, better coordination with factory & warehouse for quality packing and on time dispatch. ·        Synchronizing the vendors with quality standard policies and dispatch process for smooth dispatches 3)    Knowledge and skill set: - ·        Autocad knowledge. 4)    Company Product: - ·        Granulations ·        Fluid Bed Dryer ·        Otto Coater ·        Tunnels 5)    About the Company: - ·        We are a world leader delivering start-to-finish (turnkey) engineering solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare companies all over the world.
