Job Responsibility
You will be covering all India and will have to travel all over India whenever required. Your focus would be in marketing & selling of our products which are Laser Welding, Laser Cutting and Laser Marking. Product sales by implementing sales plans. To manage an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives. To Establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel. Manage personnel and develop sales and sales support staff. Review progress of sales roles throughout the company. Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products, provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity. Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. ∙ Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures.
