- Manage the implementation of all supporting BIM Software
- Be responsible for supporting coordination with Customers
- Assist project teams in BIM Project Setup
- Assist with project work - Modelling and Detailing
- Help resolve BIM design issues
- Create, upgrade and deploy strategies for BIM Implementation
- Provide technical orientation to New Hires regarding various BIM tools
- Prepare detailed specifications, drawings and schedules etc. for all MEP services including load schedules, specifications for procurement of equipment in accordance with specifications.
- Undertake electrical installation design calculations, prepare design drawings and specifications as required to meet the project scope definition and ensuring they are in accordance with best practice
- Provide specialist support to design and build project teams related to the electrical services associated with specific projects.
- Should be expert in preparing BOQ's, Quantification, Budget estimation, Tendering procedures.
- Preparing design brief for all the services for the upcoming stores.
- Preparation of Handing over document with all as built drawings and test reports for official records.
- Co-ordination with Consultants for all design related issues and getting proper drawings as per site requirement.
- Handing design co-ordination meetings at site/office as per project requirement. Standardization of processes, verification of design and specifications.
- Must have excellent technical ability and a thorough understanding of electrical HT/LT distribution and control systems, together with HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, CCTV, PDS, Networking, DG's, UPS, Inverters, etc.
