Job responsibilities  Responsible for all daily activities regarding Production management and accountability of material Provide timely day to day guidance of resource management and rapid problem solving to maximize department performance. Proactively leverage industry best practices and process improvement methodology to improve production efficiency, quality and safety processes to meet and exceed key performance indicators. Collaborate with Production Planning to finalize and adjust production order scheduling as needed to meet customer needs. Coordinate new product launches with Production Planning. Monitor and ensure compliance with all company, safety and environmental policies Provide clear expectations and feedback to department staff. Identify Issues In Efficiency And Suggest Improvements Train New Employees On How To Safely Use Machinery And Follow Procedures. Enforce Strict Safety Guidelines And Company Standards Requirements:- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools Advanced skills in MS Office Organizational and leadership abilities Communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Problem-solving skills Company Details  XYZ PVT.
