Experience: -3-6 years in purchasing chemicals with in-depth knowledge of vendor development process in Chemical Industries. If candidate having experience in Silicone based products/ chemicals for textile processing industry will be added advantage.  Responsibilities: Procurement of all type of Raw materials & Packing materials from register vendors as well as develop new vendors. Conducting risk analysis in procurement process and improvement in system by developing more suppliers, timely availability of materials, lesser transit time, credit terms and best quality. Planning for inventory management by using various tools. Accepting orders of customers and co-ordination for timely deliveries (new customer development is not involved) and maintaining good relations with customer. Procurement of repair & maintenance, safety equipment’s, PPE’s, Machinery as per requirements & planning. Development of service vendors and maintain good relations. Handle ISO documentation for department. Handling import and export orders process and clearance with help of clearing agent. Also responsible for compliances under FEMA Act.  Skills: Pleasant personality, energetic, team person Ability to work in pressure with minimum resources and tight timelines. Proficiency in computer/softwares Efficient in team handling Good writing/verbal communication skills, Good in reporting with charts, Power Point presentation. Required good analytical skills.

Transport raw materials from warehouse to processing facility. Job roles in this area concern the manufacturing process, quality assurance, supervising, maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1) Monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment and machinery 2) Setting up manufacturing equipment. 3) Maintaining minimum inventory of raw material & finish product as per company standard. 4) Carried out the process for internal auditing, monitoring activities as per appropriate & prepare internal reports for management. 5) Responsible for maintaining all documents as per ISO slandered. 6) Responsible for to all entries should be done in Talley. 7) Using machine equipment to complete tasks. 8) Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment. 9) Ensure the safe smooth and batch operation of the plant by constant   monitoring and control of the plant operating parameters, ensuring safety at every stage with all environmental aspects. 10) Achieving day to day targeted production. 11) In process sample testing’s and final batch adjustment according to customers’ requirements. 12) Handling manpower and maintenance trouble shooting. 13) Update daily shift report, log sheet, finished goods, loose stock & safety equipment. 14) Taking care of safety, welfare of all factory’s employees. 15) Awareness of various hazardous chemicals, plant housekeeping, safety systems. Skill & Knowledge: 1) Knowledge of the production and processing of chemicals in the plant. 2) Ability to use and maintain a wide array of production and processing related equipment and tools. 3) Knowledge of safety regulations and security procedures 4) Knowledge of ERP Talley, MS-Office, Excel.
